You provide your email address or phone number — we do not collect any additional personal information unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting customer support.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:

• Seed phrases or recovery phrases
• Wallet balances
• Transaction history
• On-chain activity data
• Contacts or address book information
• Biometric identifiers

All private keys are generated locally on your device and remain under your control.

3. How We Use Information

We use your email address or phone number solely to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate login credentials
• Send verification or security-related communications
• Respond to support inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your personal information for advertising or behavioral profiling.

4. Local Key Generation and Storage

Private keys generated through the App:

• Are created locally on your device
• Are not transmitted to Cakeshop servers
• Are not stored by Cakeshop
• Are not accessible or recoverable by Cakeshop

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backup materials associated with your private keys.

5. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to assist with account authentication (such as email or SMS verification providers). These providers receive only the minimum information necessary to perform authentication services and are contractually obligated to use such information solely for that purpose.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address or phone number for as long as your account remains active or as required to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@cakeshop.app.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect.

Because private keys are generated and stored locally on your device, their security depends on the security practices you maintain for your device and backup materials.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

If you access the App from outside the United States of America, your information may be processed in jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
